Roxanne (Hunter x Olga) finished her Junior Grand Winner Champion title winning 7 times all breed Best Junior in Shows in just 3 all breed show weekends (total of 9 shows) plus three BOB's (adult) and two Group Firsts, a Group placement and a BIS Final (among current top dogs in Brasil)!

And in her first shows as an adult (over 15 months old) she finished her Brazilian and Pan-American Ch. title winning 3 Best of Breed plus a Group First, placements and a BIS Final more!

Roxanne also was Reserve Junior Bitch at the Brazilian National Specialty Show 2009 !

Her littermate, Ramsés, won Best Junior Dog (9 to 15 months old) at the National under breeder-judge Mr. Doug Matson (USA) and also won his class at the Host National Specialty under breeder-judge Mr. Sergio Capps !

Ramsés in his first shows as an adult finished his Pan-American Ch. title winning a BOB (among current Top Dobes in Brasil - Ranking CBKC) and a Group Placement plus 4 BOS (3 times to his sister Roxanne) !

- Seu irmão Ramsés venceu a classe jovem tanto na Pré como na Nacional de Dobermann 2009, além de se consagrar como o Melhor Jovem Macho da Nacional !

- E seus primos do Canadá, Brie & Titus (ambos filhos do MultiBIS.BISS & MultiCh. Charleston Yankee) venceram Best in Specialty Show e Best of Opposite Sex na Especializada do Thames Valley Doberman Pinscher Club em Ontario, Canadá com apenas 13 meses de idade !

- Our special bred-owned-handled young girl, MultiBISJr&Braz.Jr.Ch. Charleston Roxanne Le Sueur (Hunter x Olga) won an all breed Best Junior in Show more last weekend in the south of Brasil. Roxanne has already won 4 times BIS Junior in just 2 all breed show weekends !

- Her litterbrother Ramsés won his class at both Brazilian Host and National Specialty Shows, including Best Junior Dog in Show at the National !

- Both Yankee's kids (out of Ember) from Canada, Can.Ch House of EmRam Spring Thaw "Brie" and Can.Ch HouseofEmRam Ice Tube "Titus" at just 13 months old won Best in Specialty and Best of Opposite Sex at the Thames Valley Doberman Pinscher Club in Ontario, Canada !

Gr.Ch.Br.Pan-Am. Charleston Amy v. Jagermeister

Com pesar informamos que a nossa querida AMY, (mãe dos multi BIB&BiSS Gulliver & Gilda, entre outros, além de ter sido a Melhor Matriz do Brasil em 2001) aos 11 anos e meio de idade, nos deixou à 6:15 da manhã de hoje no Hospital Veterinário Clinivet em Curitiba, PR, onde estava internada.

Ela veio a falecer decorrente de uma grave infecção e severa insuficiência renal causada por complicações de um tumor na mama e de sua idade avançada.

Descanse em Paz, Querida Amy !

Our beloved AMY (mother of the multi BIB&BiSS Gulliver & Gilda among others), the Top Dobe Producer in Brasil in 2001, died at 11 and a half years old this morning at the Vet Hospital in Curitiba, PR, Brasil, due a cancer tumor.

Um pouco de nossa história

Meu nome é Luiz Fernando Ribas Silva, e juntamente com minha esposa Evelyne e nossa jovem filha Renata, realizamos uma criação familiar, selecionada e especializada da raça Dobermann na cidade de Curitiba, Paraná. Além de criar esta raça maravilhosa, apresento os cães da nossa propriedade e criação nas exposições do Brasil e exterior. Também me formei árbitro especializado da raça Dobermann em 1982, sendo o mais jovem de nosso País a se tornar juiz, quando tinha apenas 19 anos de idade. Em 2002 me formei juiz all rounder (de todas as raças) pela CBKC/FCI. Tive o prazer de julgar importantes exposições gerais e especializadas no Brasil, Argentina, Austrália, EUA, Canadá, México, Coréia do Sul, Chile, África do Sul e Índia. Evelyne também tornou-se árbitra especializada de Dobermanns em 2002. Iniciei a criação sob o sufixo Charleston em 1974 e juntamente com a Evelyne em 1987, quando nos casamos. Com uma média de apenas uma ninhada por ano, produzimos mais de 100 Campeões no Brasil e exterior em 15 países diferentes, inclusive nos EUA, Canadá e Japão.
Trinta e seis Campeões diferentes de nossa criação venceram pelo menos um Best in Show Geral ou de Especializada, acumulando mais de 250 Best in Shows no Brasil e exterior, sendo a maioria conduzido pelo criador e/ou proprietário. Cães de nossa criação venceram Nacionais da Raça e também Rankings Nacionais em diferentes anos.

About us

My name is Luiz Fernando Ribas Silva and along my wife Evelyne and our young daughter, Renata, live in Brazil. I am a Doberman breeder-owner-handler, and Evelyne and I are Doberman Judges. I'm also licensed to judge all breeds by CBKC/FCI. I was honored to judge important all breed and specialty shows in Brasil, Argentina, Australia, U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Chile, South Korea, South Africa and India. I have been bred Dobermans since 1974 and with Evelyne since 1987, when we got married.

Under the kennel name Charleston and with the average of only one litter per year, we have produced over 100 Champions in Brasil and abroad in 15 different countries (including US, Canada, Argentina and Japan). Thirty-Six different champions bred by us, have won at least one All Breed or Specialty Best in Show and they have accumulated over 250 Bests in Show in Brasil and abroad, most of them handled by the breeder and/or owner. Dogs bred by us have won Best of Breed at our National Specialty Shows and won National Rankings in different years.
